HDI 3000 does not start

Hello,

We are in Madagascar and we have a HDI 3000 Ultrasound.

During the start sequence the screen remains blank for 3h same time. No display, the system does not start. Keyboard Leds are on. The LEDs of the PS3 MPS card (DS1, DS2, DS3, DS4, DS5 and DS6) shines successively one after another and LED blinks when passing DS4.

Below the steps that we have already made:

- Starting with the disk backup: the system 'boot up' with the error message [System diagnosis Alert. A system diagnostic error was detected. Please note the following information and contact the technical service of ATL. "SYSTEM MOP reported about CPU configuration error during Bootup" (1202 - 8501 - 2101 - 7FFFFFFF) PCMFlashSftw.Conflglnvalid]

- Start with the minimum configuration of cards (cards without PSP1, PSP2, FEC, ASMI, SSP, ADAPTR, and AIFOM PCBs): The problem remains the same (starting impossible even with pending 1h)

- Changing the PIM card (A2B), PCM (A3B) and AIFOM (A13B): The problem remains the same (starting impossible even with pending 1h)

- Starting with the disk backup with Changing the PIM card (A2B), PCM (A3B) and AIFOM (A13B): the system 'boot up' with the error message [System diagnosis Alert. A system diagnostic error was detected. Please note the following information and contact the technical service of ATL. "SYSTEM MOP reported about CPU configuration error during Bootup" (1202 - 861C - oD1F - 4D616368) Config.ConfigintegrityFailure]

Do you have a process of applying to correct this problem.

Greetings,

After reading through your troubleshooting process, I think you have problem with software in the HD and/or hard drive failure. Also your second hw failure could be PCM board is not flashing with the sw.

Anyway, just carry on with your troubleshooting steps is trying to save the machine configuration with the backup sw. Obviuosly, some hardware have been changed since the last sw backup. login to service and do "Save installed vs expected". Good luck.

Thank you for your reply. Could you give me the steps to follow to access the configuration menu because the error message is displayed on the screen. The key Super key + 6 does not give any effect.
For me it is already great thing if we can without error with the optical disc and can work.
Suppose I have a problem with the HD is, what is there a solution?
