SmartLink Lite software

It looks like Justin will have to pay $150 for a new copy and a cable.

Did you find all the places selling it?

I was only able to find one place in the U.S. that had it listed. We tried to order, and they were unable to produce it because WA and Zoll have discontinued it. This is a last-ditch to prevent sending it off just to get the log off of one unit.

You would think one of these places would have it?

Of the ones who show the "lite" version, none of them have it in stock. They never will, either... WA discontinued it. I can't justify spending in excess of $500 to download the log off of one machine, either, so that rules out the "pro" version of the software. Looks like this machine may be getting shipped to Zoll... Grrr

Just as an update:

You do not need the software in order to upload from an AED-20. If you have the communications cable, you just have to connect it to the serial port on your PC and use hyperterminal or another serial communications program that is set to receive text at a rate of 9600 baud.

I just uploaded over 312 pages of logs off of the problem child that I have had...
