The top platform is loose, when the actuator is pulled to rotate it side to side, it doesn't lock in place and moves freely almost like the teeth on the gear or whatever the mechanism is under the platform is not catching.

There are no 900 service manuals available that describe anything about keyboard repairs, so you have to figure it out yourself and I bet the 900 parts list does not show any parts about the keyboard mechanicals either. I'm afraid you have to open up the keyboard yourself and figure out what needs to be done. Sorry, you won't find it.
