Logiq P5 doen´t recognize one of the three transducers ports

Good afternoon, I just bought a Logiq P5, it has three trasducers ports, but in the probe selection screen only appers two probes, even I have connected all three. What can it be?, can I habilitate the Port, or is just broken.

It appers like this in the probe selection screen:

1.  4d3c   2.  4c  and desn´t apper the third port, only a image of a round conector.

did you try swapping the 3 transducers around? It could be a bad transducer if it follows. Also check for bent pins on the transducer connectors. I would also use some contact cleaner and a brush to clean the ports the connectors. If none of that helps it may be the P3RLY assembly

I already did that, but, the port don´t even appear as selectable. In the screen where you select the probes, only appers two ports and not the three ports.

The 3rd Port capability is an Option on the P5. The system needs that Option to see the 3rd port, even if the connector board is the P3RLY and not the P2RLY.

Usually, the word "option" means you need to have the owner contact the sales rep to find out what price will be involved in adding the option. Otherwise, the rep will say "Oops," and let you have a code, or some way to activate the option.
