IU 22 A Cart

i have IU 22 A Cart , it going to boot but within 3 second it shutdown i try to isolate the front and back to make the booting depen on the back side but it always failed so now the problem may be from the back boards or the Power Supply , so if it is from the power supply how can i diagnose and if it is not from the power supply how can i diagnose if it is from the HOST or from the SIP ,

I have had the power supply cause this problem. You can connect a meter to the different out puts on the power supply and monitor them as the system trys to boot. Some of the power supplies have adjustments that you can tweak if a supply is a little low or you may see that one of the supplies is dead.
