System Error

I have an intermitent problem with this machine, System Error come out in and out.

Does anyone knows were should i be looking?

Hello Ono,

There could be several causes for that, and more information about what is being done with the system when the intermittent System Error pops up would be helpful. For example, does it show up when a new patient study is started, or when a different transducer is selected?

A common cause of a lock-up or error is corrupted software, and reloading software has fixed similar problems. Be sure to backup the vital information before proceeding with reloading software.

ck the battery have seen lots of issues due to a low battery
