Dash 3000 reboots

The monitor reboots almost right after it finishes starting up. It keeps doing it.

You have a bad mother board.

Thanks for the direction. I couldn't find a part called "motherboard" on the service manual. Does it go by another name?

If you can give us the number off the actual board we should be able to assist you with the part you need.  We can also repair the unit for you.  One word of caution the revision of your main board is critical and must be compatible with the DAS software.

I took the dash into two part, the front one and the back one. The number on the back part is 419993-001 Rev. A. It also has a sticker on it, 419723-002 C, ASSY DASH DAS 3000. Hope this helps. Thanks

That item you are seeing is the DAS module.  If you remove the four screws securing it to the back of the unit, then remove the batteries and the battery cover from the side of the unit, followed by the printer (there is a thumb screw behind the DAS module.  What is left is the main board.  THAT is the part number you need to order.  I will tell you that they usually need to know what DAS SW Level you are at AND what DAS Boot Level you are on.  If you can't get that from this machine because of the problem you are having, get it from another machine you got at the same time.  If you PM me (richardc@fmchealth.org) I will/can send you the service manual for this unit.  It shows how to replace that board.

I have seen the Das Assy be the cause of this problem more than the main processor board.
