Ziehm Exposcope C-Arm System - Software Configuration

Hi, I would like to have support to turn off the grid lines of the monitor image on a Ziehm Exposcope C-Arm System, we believe it is a configuration option on the system sw, however after various attempts we haven't found the option to address it.   Can anybody provide some guidance here?   My email is info@bravovalleymx.com   Thanks   Carlos
