what causes of any transvaginal probe did not work at any socket although any convex probe at any socket is work perfectly ?

when i connect the transvaginal probe at any sockat (sonoace 3200 medison ultrasound) is not work perfectly..and i replaced this transvaginal probe with anew transvaginal probe AND SAME PROBLEM IS FOUND.

AND ANY CONVEX PROBE IS WORK PERFECTLY

PLEASE HELP ME ..THANK YOU VERY MUCH

try to do a backup restore, maybe the calibration of the transvaginal probe is wrong!

I have few questions for you:

Are these probes new to the system? Have you used them on the system before? If so, what changed since the last time you used them? If not, check to make sure the system had the proper license to use the probe, also are the calculation packages for the probe available to choose
