problem with startup

recently I had the following message on my ecografo GE VIVID3:

"windows 2000 could not start because the following file is missing o corrupt:

\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM"

I DONT HAVE THE ORIGINAL SETUP FLOPPY DISK OR CD-ROM, ANY HELP? SOMEONE KNOWS WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD THIS?

We have a problem in vivid 3 We are reinstalled the software but the system the show worang probe and connot show the proper ssan window
