I REPLABCED THE COMPRESSOR WITH NEW ONE .STILL IT IS AT -12 C..

Did you replace the filter/dryer? Could it be plugged? Is the defrost solenoid leaking hot gas into the evap? What are the high and low pressures?

adjusted the amount of refreigeant to be filled.

i think i filled more than what was needed. released some amount and i got -17 c.

but i m thinking to replace drier also.

No ..defrost valve not leaking gas otherwise -17 c not possible.

Try cleaning the coils on the condenser cooling, looking inside the compressor area for coolant leaks and have someone certified with ac compressors check the high and low pressures and the coolant levels.

You should set it to a lower temp, to test it. Check to see that it will get down to -30C, or lower.

NO..ITS MAX GOING UP TO -22 C. NEED TO CHANGE EXPANSION SLOT AND DRYER...THEN WE CAN REACH UPTO -30 C MAY BE

The filter-dryer should normally be replaced during a compressor replacement. A quick check to help to determine if it is partially plugged is to see if the downstream tubing attached to the filter-dryer is cold (or cooler than the tubing attached to the upstream side). If there is any cooling there, then the filter-dryer is acting as an additional expansion device, and there is less cooling capacity available in the chamber.

EV valve is the problem.

Had the same issue. There was an obstruction in the line causing the issue. Someone had installed a flip valve type nozzle that had fell apart internally limiting the R404 freon flow. Our failed suddenly too.......as the valve fell apart inside. Don't believe this valve was original equipment. Just throwing out a possible scenario.
