What's username & password to enter in Service software via internet explorer

Hi, I'm able to access service sotfware menu of Leica CM1950 via an IP address of internet explorer, with network cross over cable. But when I try to reach service tab, it ask me for user and password. Anyone know?

CM1950

Service reminder reset CM900:

Note: these quotes are from two other techs (from my notes); you can try them.

"Push both the "key" symbol button and the + (specimen temp increase) for at least 5 seconds.  That should clear it.  If not, I also have a more involved method from the manual."

"You have to press the defrost Button the arrow down Button and the key Button.
Then there is a Service menu.
With the arrow button you can switch to this menu.
When on Display appear runtime press defrosts Button and After That press refresh button.
The cryostat restarts."

Thanks!  So to do this reset no laptop needed? Is the service software for the 1950 embedded in the device or resident on the laptop?

Thanks for your help, If you ned to know how to reset the 1860 I have that info

Rene P and hitechluddite.  You should put your email in your profile so that you can receive information off this site.  Wink wink nudge nudge.  I've never been able to get the button sequence to work for me.

I am working on PM on a couple of our cryostats also and would love the IP address, username, and password to use for resetting the service light. I would also love to get my hands on a service manual if anyone has it available.
