Check to see if you have video going to the printer from the I/O panel in the back. The VM or Video Manager board provides your video to the monitor and the I/O panel and this is most likely bad.

I have a Medison SonoAce 8800 Gaia MT, pointer and functions is not working on applications, on windows and ultrasound application, on desktop it looks working good but not on apps. I think reinstatement software solve this problem, this a system Windows is NT v4 and machine software is v3.01.

I need a software copy, Can you help me?

I need service manual, and possibly the software; ultrasound will not start.
