When trying to run a test the EKG starts up for a few seconds and then says -NO ANALYSIS ATTEMPTED DUE TO DEFECTIVE DATA. Before the diagnosis it says " -DEDECTIVE ECG-" We have been using this machine with no problems prior to this issue. The leads were then checked to make sure they were properly placed and there didn't seem to be any issues. We ran another test and it came out the same.
Any ideas on what is wrong?
