greetings: I got this error report after I changed selection of Xducer from C6-3 to 9-4 endocavitary, system says restart but after several times it keeps on, I do not have key codes or passwords to get into the software, what is it and what can I do ? thank you

Error code 22 refer to motor board with problems. This is due a defective volumetric probe connected or motor board itself.

thank you Hommy, I appreciate so much your answer, please tell me how can I download service passwords for software updating or fixing software errors, probably energy surges in Venezuela in my area may have damaged the comm with the scanhead or the selector board, the company that sold no longer exists, thank you, Alex.
