I constantly am receiving a Network 22 error at the nurse call console. No one at Rauland seems to have an answer. Has anyone seen this error and if you have can you point me in the right direction to resolve this error?

I've never seen a "Network 22" error, but a Network alarm is when the system can't see something on the X-Bus (the cables from GCM to GCM/NCDATA/TLIs/etc.) I'd suggest going to each device and making sure the T-tap is fully seated (common issue for these to come loose). If you have non-conductive contact cleaner, you may want to spray each T-Tap and seat it a few times in each device to clean the contacts. Also, if you can connect to the system and look at the error log, that should give you a clue as to which device is causing the issue.
