According to Smiths Medical Ref 40-5550-01A, your error code falls under this procedure. When you reprogram the pump, this error code should go away.   CADD-Prizm® error codes that require programming of infusion settings and biomed toolbox settings before resuming infusion therapy. The biomed toolbox contains settings that can be customized per institution protocols and must be verified.   10102 RAM_DATA_READ_CRC

Did you succeed in resolving the E10102 error code? I have come across the same issue after changing the batteries and would like to know how to clear the error code please.

thankyou,

Hit  lock  level  twice scroll up  to  950 and  add the  day  of the  month to  the  950 for  example today is the 5th  so I would scroll to  955 if if the  code  does not  work then you  will  need  to  make sure  the date and  time is set  correctly  in the  pump this can be  done  in the  tool box menu. after scrolling to the 95X # hit  enter scroll to error  codes  and clear out the  error  log. after  clearing  out the error  log you  must scroll to  maintenance date and  change it to be  due per you  facilities  recommendations the  manufacturer recommend  six years.  if you  do  not  clear the  error  and update  the  due date  then the error  will return.

hope it  helps

Thankyou mouser69. I tried but no luck. I have asked the manufacturer's rep and this is their reply below so I shall have send it to them.

Regards,

Peter

CADD Prizm is not meant to be repaired by our customers even replace the lithium batteries inside. If the batteries are removed without attaching a jumper jig that we have here in the service centre, the pump can lose its program. As we don’t sell spare parts for CADD’s, I would recommend that this Prizm be returned to us so we can replace with the proper batteries and re-program the pump.

mouser69 would you happen to have the service manual on these units or a list of the codes.

Thanks
