we are having philips ie33 when i on circuit breaker blue colour led glowing and but machine is not switching on

You might have issues with the front end, there is a bypass switch located in the middle of the Audio Video In Out Board on the back of the system.
If you tap this switch (it will light up white) with the circuit breaker on it will bypass the aqusition and try to boot the computer only. hopefully isolating the issues. update us here with the results!
