Hi Khal, The manual says this for error 0023..
0023 mainVxworks.c NVRAM was corrupt. Either the battery or the device itself is bad. This also can be caused by turning the power off from the back or pulling the plug. Has it done it just once or is it doing it all the time? All the best, AshAshley Barker | Director

You're going to need to restore the NV-RAM.
A skilled technician with data terminal access can do that in 1 hour or less

You mus encomend some technical service to check if your battery is ok. In that case, it would be neccessary just to re-write the NV-RAM.
Otherwise, maybe you will have to replace either the sys-cpuor the battery on it AND re-write the NV-RAM
