error number 0009 I want Solution ?

This is an issue with the installed options not matching the expected.. Have you recently tried to add some options or changed any hardware etc? If you have a null modem cable, and can connect to the back of the machine to a PC, and you can open up teamviewer or equivalent so i can log into the PC, I can almost certainly assist you in fixing this file via that port.

I'm sorry, but you're talking about error 008, actuald configuration does not match the expected one.

Error 09 is related with the options file in the unit: you're going to need a tech guy to check the machopt.dat file

Hi Bxanchezo,

Thanks for clarifying the error message. But yes, this is definitely something we can support remotely via an RS232 connection. We can repair the issues with that file remotely :)
