Atlas Channel 7 wet calibration error

What equipment are you referring to? I see that the manufacturer is Siemens but what specific model?

This is in regards to a Siemens (Bayer) Atlas urinalysis instrument. It pertains to either a rack or carousel system- as that has no impact on how the instrument calibrates. If anyone can come up with a way to repair/rebuild the rotary receiver board, or has any other suggestions as to resolving the channel 7 issue wet calibration error issue, we would be very grateful!
