we have power shortage problem. While doing procedure with C-Arm when the power is down and alternate is switched on, the C-arm sets to Hibernation. As we are in between procedure we have to wait before we switch it on again. The UPS batteries are fresh
Can someone help for quick restart or at-least how can we make CPU stay awake on UPS

The UPS is only to prevent the SW for being corrupted in case of an electrical shortage. It is not intended to keep the system up for long time.
So I would say your system seems to be acting just the way it is designed.
I think the system senses the loss of the power and is acts faster than your alternate power.
This is a normal fucntion.
For any reason when the power is interupted a signal is sent to image PC (By D50) to shutdown (hibernate), the UPS is ONLY to support normal shutdown of PC in case of power interuption to prevent file system damage.
