Hello all.
I need help with a random error showed in the NX software with a CR 30-X digitizer, error code MESS263. I have a manual for the NX software but i can't find this error on it.

The only right way to actually get rid of the mess263 is by actually reinstalling the NX software. Another option is going and rebuilding the database but let´s assume you don´t want to go there.
The other option is actually troubleshooting step by step, do a full chkdsk first, on all hard drives (assuming an standard installation, that would be C and D drives).
After that, log on to the CRservice user and backup your ALF, and XML files (those are license and configuration files) via license manager (you will backup the fingerprint), going to the Bin folder on the Agfa installation folder on C drive and backup the license, and logo files (if any), and then going to the NX configurator and saving your xml file.
After you have those 3 files, then you come back and talk to us again. But first do that now.
