Error code 0091. Does anyone know what this error code means. Our book stops at 0090. All PS voltages are within spec. Thanks in advance, Serge

It could also be the DVS or APM Module as it recognizes its hard drives as components of the HDI-5000.
Press Superkey + FR (frame Rate) to expand the ERROR Screen and a second time for it to disapear.

Indeed.
Error 091 itisn't related to a change of hardware, that's error 08 (Actual and Expected configuration do not match)!!
