My Sonoace pico version 1.0 4.02 is freezing as we are booting it up. Is there a simple solution to this problem?

Try to clean dust inside the machine with the air blower, Check the cable connections to the Hard Drive. Some time it works. If didnt work.. you might need to re-install the application software.
