IP stuck on return to the casette

The IP keep getting stuck on its way to the casette. The scan is clean, i got the picture perfect but the IP wont return back, i need to turn the machine off for 15 minutes. The support team replaced the rollers and charged me with 3000 euro. But the problem got back after 5 shots. Any idea? Best regards, Dave
