The IP keep getting stuck on its way to the casette.
The scan is clean, i got the picture perfect but the IP wont return back, i need to turn the machine off for 15 minutes.
The support team replaced the rollers and charged me with 3000 euro.
But the problem got back after 5 shots.
Any idea?

1,first check the casette image plate for scraches. also check the error message viewer for confirming error message, also you can try exit the error viewer and reopen it,
2. if u use lan cable for connection., check the ip(INTERNET PROTOCAL) addresses( MAY BE conflecting with another device) , Sometime it also can cause the ip to be stuck,
3. need to replace the CRX application software
