error with newport medical HT70+

I have a problem with this equipment 

Tha main application software failed to br executed-

Please contact Technical Service for support.

Press and hold the power on/off button continuously to shut down the ventilator

Do you have some idea for a possible solution?

If it gets frozen on the first screen with all the photos, then it might be the single board computer. You will most likely have to send it in to Plainfield.
