Probe board interfase test fail and probe lineal

I need you help please..I have dc-3 Mindray and in the test said probe board interfase test fail..how can I solve the problem?

I bought the probe 7L4A and the probe can not recognized by the probe port,,in other equipment there is not problem with this probe.. what happened?

I have probe convex and transvaginal working very well in my dc-3 Mindray..

any help or opinios..thanks
