if i hit any switch, it only goes up, after releasing switch, the motor continuously runs

You likely just need to replace one or both relays on the logic board. Simple if parts still available. I'm on the road at the moment and can't check my detailed info on this. I have locations in Las Vegas, NV & Jacksonville, FL If we're close call us at 702-882-3181 or 904-874-4970. Robert

WE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AS OF YESTERDAY NO BUTTONS WORK AND MOTOR IS RUNNING (IS NOW IN HIGHEST UP POSITION) UNPLUGGED
