On our non-invasive arterial machine we are having screen problems. The machine turns on and the screen turns on to a bright white backdrop. The desktop background never comes up. We have checked all the connections and cannot find the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm glad to see that we aren't the only ones! All of our units do the same thing intermittently. We send them in and come back with the same problems. I have noticed that if you hook up external video (and turn the external monitor on) it will stop "white screening." It'll be right in the middle of a case, and they have to start all over. Very frustrating!
