I can tell you that the temperature technology inside the monitor is based on the YSI 400 standard. So you should be able to easily find cables that match the sensor and can plug in to the panel.
But there seems to be no way to connect the monitor to an external video at all. You have network connections, and serial port, and that's it. You can move the data via serial to another device, a computer, and it can interpert and display the data that way, but not exactly the same way you see it on the patient monitor.
