Here are what Agfa sayes

Error 4152

Meaning:
The MOTOR CASSETTE FIXING M1 detected an unknown cassette format. The cassette is still clamped and a user message is displayed to press confirm to release the cassette. The digitizer is still working, but if this error occurs frequently, it requires service support. Reason:
The MOTOR CASSETTE FIXING M1 measured a cassette width which doesn't match with a known cassette format. The determined cassette width is too small or too big due to:
- The cassette was inserted wrongly by the user (skewed, upside down or not with the flap first)
- The CASSETTE FIXATION STEEL BAND is not moving smoothly
- The CASSETTE DETECTION HOOK is not properly fixed or not the improved version
- Load detection for MOTOR CASSETTE FIXING M1 is imperfect, STALL CALIBRATION was not successfully
- Drive mechanism of MOTOR CASSETTE FIXING M1 is blocked or defect Cure:
1. Remove the cassette and insert it correctly again.
2. Check if cassette can be pushed smoothly into the right edge of the input slot and that the wedge of the cassette fixer presses correctly into the left notch of the cassette.
3. Insert another cassette of the same (preferred) or any other size.
4. Check if the CASSETTE  FIXATION STEEL BAND and the cassette fixing motor is moving smoothly.
5. Check if the CASSETTE DETECTION HOOK is properly fixed. If applicable mount the improved CASSETTE DETECTION HOOK, refer to Service Bulletin No.35
6. Perform a calibration of the MOTOR CASSETTE FIXING M1, refer to the Service Manual
7. Replace the MOTOR CASSETTE FIXING M1, refer to the Service Manual for order and replacement
8. Replace the IP HANDLING BOARD, refer to the Service Manual for order and replacement
9. Replace the complete CASSETTE FIXATION UNIT, refer to the Service Manual for order and replacement

I have the same problem and I think the problem is from CASSETE DETECTION HOOK(have cracks).

What about this Service Bulletin No.35 ? Does it have this improved CASSETTE DETECTION HOOK like spare part number, or only whole Fixer Unit???

I am writing this letter to you in order to find a solution to this so that I can continue my work quietly.
