So I'm new to the IDA-5 infusion analyzer, I just installed and finished setting it up for use. Upon trying to select all four channels I'm getting "Not Used" for the three other channels. How do I select and use all four channels?

Hi add224kk,
IDA-5 analyzers have the remaining channels deactivated by default. You have to contact Biomed and pay a further amout of money for each channel to be activated by them or to get a pass code from them.

If your analyzer is showing the "Not Used" message for the other 2 channels, then it does not have the capability. This analyzer has options to purchase the ability to use all 4 channels, or only 3, or 2 or just a single channel. If you want the other 2 channels enabled, you will have to call Fluke to get that done.
