C-Scanner cannot detect image properly

Hi, I am Rizwana posgraduate student from Malaysia.

I use this Esaote C-scanner for my research purpose. Unfortunately, last Tuesday there got some minor electric shock because of thunder lightening outside the building. Since then, the scanner did not function well and cannot detect image. Whenever I scout the image the same command pops up 'Incorrect Temperature" and "Incorrect frequency". Thus, I am kind of lost right now and did not know what to do to counter measure this problem. It would be really helpful if your team could guide me to solve the problem.

Thank you

Sincerely,

Rizwana

First, if you loose power, you need to keep the scanner on 1 hour for every hour that was off up to 8 hours. Leave it on for ovenight. Second , does it happens with every coil?

yes..all the coils the same problem.. the image does not show up during scouting and I have already turn it ON over 8 hours..still cannot detect image. I  suspect the problem got relation to the magnet coz the command keep repeating incorrect temperature.

Can I know how to check all those on MRI? I am new student here and I don't know how the previous person countermeasure these problems, all I have right now is only the User Manual. Also, I have googled to search online maintenance and troubleshooting manuals for this type of MRI and failed to get one.

REC Files shows error in magnet temperature and power. The magnet power becomes 0 for all the magnets
