There aree no instructions in oprdfer to delete patient data in manual
I need to clear for HIPPA reasons prior to decomissioning.

ctl + U (to get to the "user menu") then select delete "unprotected" patients. If any patients are "protected" (protected patienets have a "P" next to them in the "all patients" list) then "unprotect" them with the button that has a "key" symbol on it. This is all covered in the operator's manual. Do you have one?
If you want to go a step further, and FORMAT the hard disk, let me know & I can give you instructions for that (or walk you through it over the phone).
