Hi .. What is the perfect way to save my battery ,it should be pluged in AC power the whole time , or this will effect the life time of the battery?!

The unit needs to be plugged in all the time, with the exception when it is being used as a transport monitor. Batteries degrade they go bad when plugged all the time or intermittently. Best rule of thumb is to follow the OEM are for the batteries. Mindray 800-288-2121 check with tech support
