how do you use the support tool for the M4841A. I can;t seem to find a manual

You need several things. You need the CD, M3086A, Support Tool. You will need the adapter cable to go from your PC to the telemetry. Then you need a login and password, and the only way to get that would be to go to a Philips school that will give you a Biomed login and password. You also need a PC that has free and clear access to the Internet (or you have to get with your IT department to open certain ports that are normally closed).
