Hi Petech,

If you are in need of immediate assistance please feel free to reach out directly to our Mobile C-Arm sponsor Soma Technology. They are happy to help out when they can.

Just be sure to tell them you were referred by MedWrench.

You can only save to USB if you have a Memoskop CX or CX200. In that case the USB port would be visible on the front of the monitor cart, near the optical drive tray.

The USB port is on the front of the monitor cart.

How do you actually write to it?  None of the Send or Export buttons bring up the USB port as an option, just the CD writer.

There may need to be a USB (flash) drive inserted before it will show up as an 'export to' option.

=> USB stick storage
Insert a memory stick into the front USB port.

Press CTRL + U (simultaneously) to access User Setup and access the Storage (Flash Drive) menu.
Select JPEG or BMP Format. (Image data, including the text information displayed on the monitor, is stored as file (unless Anonymous is selected).
Press "S" key for "Storage".  The patient directory is displayed.   Select a patient and confirm with "Enter”.  The selection window is displayed on monitor B.  Monitor A displays the first image of the selected  patient.  Using the LOAD IMAGE +/- keys, you can scroll between  the images.  Pressing the HARDCOPY key transfers the selected image to storage.
Select images and start the storage process by pressing the ENTER key.  Progress is displayed temporarily on monitor  B.   On successful completion of the process, the message "Image(s) export completed" is displayed.
