Sonos 5500 software

Hello.

I have a Philips Sonos 5500 and Agilent Sonos 5500 whitch we recieve as humanitarian relief. Medical staff feels uncomfortable to use it because all menus in Italian language.

How I may fix this? I whant translate all menus to English.

Any help would be appreciated.

The displayed system language is a individual machine option.   In order to change this to English or any other language, a complete software rebuild would be required.   There's specific part numbers for each software set.   As there are minor difference in key functions between languages, you may want to consider changing the UI (Control Panel) when the software rebuild is done.

I have Sonos 5500 wich doesn't boot No display on monitor and lcd touch panel On Keyprocessor PCB boot is complete without errors On Processor Graphics PCB (boot) flashes twice then disappears Can you help me at this?

If I remember correctly, the language is defined by a ROM, the Options ROM which is on the Processor Graphics board. Advanced Ultrasound Electronics may be able to help you. We need to know the version of software the system have, and the options that are currently enabled on your system. Please send that information to Service@AUEtulsa.com
