Not heating up all the way

I have a table-top 6th gen. warming cabinet that is not heating up all the way. It heats to about 80-99 degrees. We've already replaced the control board and temp probe. Is it the relay? Thank you

Yes - It's intermitent. We just went to look at it, and the set temp was 100 and it was at 99. We adjusted it to 115 and it rose to 115.

it could be the relay. You need to verify if it is putting out voltage to the heater when it should be heating. you can do a resistance check on the heating element while tapping of flexing it a bit. Is the door good or is intermittantly opening? Does the door stay closed tightly? Does it alarm off overtemp?

I am having a similar issue with my warmer. I replaced the motor, then the thermal fuse, then the relay and top wiring harness. My last step is the heating element and the bottom wiring harness. I was wondering if anyone might know where the heating rod gets hooked up? One side is hooked up to the thermal fuse and the other is not hooked up to anything. Thank you
