Are you referring to a specific model?
Is an USB dongle (service key) is the same dongle for all system, (logiq, vivid, voluson)
No I am not trained by ge systems. But I have vivid I unit that I want to test the individual components on the front end ?and on the probe component. You can only do that if you insert the service dongle and power up the unit.
My vivid I powers on fine. Once I attach the probe it starts initializing and then the system freezes.
I have been troubleshooting issue from last week with a copy of the vivid I service manual.
Any suggestions?
It sounds as if you need to reload software. Do you have the base load disk, applications load disk, and are your presets saved? Note that the base load and applications load can also be co-located on a single CD/DVD.
I can sell you the dongle, but I don't think that you would find it to be worth the $ unless you use it on multiple systems. It gives you access to the machines at the OEM service engineers' level. Are you going to service these machines on an ongoing basis or is this the only system?
I fortunately I don't have the base load disk or the application load disk. I currently assisting 3 doctors that have this ge vivid I machine. I also have 2 doctors that have phillips cx-50. Is the cost that high for the dongle. Can you assist with technical information for cx-50.
