Soma Technology is the MedWrench sponsor for this category, and they provide parts and service. Give them a call to check on their rates and service contracts. Here is their contact information.

Thank you for the referral. Unfortunately we do not have an engineer located in Missouri. A good way to find independent imaging service companies is to contact your state’s radiation safety department called the Missouri Radiation Control Program at 573-751-6083.  The state of has a list of companies that are registered to service x-ray equipment in Missouri

Ron,

I can get you a discounted rate service contract on all imaging equipment. You may even be able to keep your trusted service technicians.Coverage can even be configured to include tubes for most C-arms and CTs, and have discount pricing for parts if on time and material contract. I have worked with several third party vendors for service at hospitals, physicians' offices, and IDTF, and can set you up with a trusted service vendor. Rates get cheaper with the more imaging units covered in a facility or organization.

Sir, What is the name of your company? It really worries me when you send a reply with "You may even be able to keep your trusted service technicians".

Ron,

I have used many third party service organigations in my 30 plus years in radiology at hospitals, IDTFs, and ASCs that I have owned, developed, and managed. The vendors that made the most comfortable were the ones that would contract with the service personnel that I trusted to work on my units. Granted, if you are currently using an OEM for service, that is probably. not possible.

That being said, I insist on bottom line savings, as well as deep discounts on parts if I chose a time and material contract. The other things that I insist on are rapid response times with at least a 95% uptime guarantee.

Please check out my Linkedin profile and let me know if I can assist you in getting the service vendor that you deserve.

Ron,

Hope that you will allow me to act as a trusted resource and sounding board for other members.

Is your current need for just the 9800 or do you have other imaging equipment that will need bundled into a contract?

Bob
