Temperature failure

My incubator is failing to go to the set temperature. It goes only up to 26-28 degrees.
What could be the problem.

Could be the Heating element, Blower fan, or just an adjustment.
These are things I found wrong on the Air Shields units.
We haven't had any problems with the new GE pandas yet.

Check your rheostat/potentiometer.
If you dont know which one it is, checking the service manual diagram should let you know.
