Do the other keys work when You press them? if not, then you you may have an issue with your keyboard.
Try swapping it with another keyboard from another unit, if u have one in your facility.

Dear Mr. Robert
There are two type of keyboards in this machine, one alphanumeric and other is keyboard panel to control the options of machine.this user is facing board problem.
