Have you calibrated the positive and negitive sides of the battery? If yes then monitor the positive side and then the negitive side while you take a 200 mas exposure. the voltage should not dip more than about 10-14 volts.

The Calibration mode won't enter as well as the measurements at the Test points sow 122 V Dc both sides.
Its diffucult to stay in the afjustment mode, i.e even when you set the S3-8 switch on

Just because it shows 120 on both sides does not mean it is charging at that voltage. All it takes is one battery going bad to make the charging rates on the negative side to go higher then the positive and trigger a F56 error. I would pull the battery pack out get a light socket with a 12vdc 55watt light bulb and test each battery. At five minutes check volatile. Or get a large 50 ohm resistor and watch the battery drop at 30 seconds. If it goes goes below 11vdc it's bad. I would also re mix the batteries to make sure it as balanced as you can make it.
