IS IT OK TO SPIN TUBES FOR 3 MINUTES IN A STATSPIN 4 WITH THIS MACHINE OR SHOULD WE SPIN FOR 5 MINUTES, ALSO CAN WE SPIN PST TUBES IN THERE?
