lost audio comm in patient room

i work in scottsbluff,ne, i have tried calling hill-rom on this issue and have had no luck, i have a room in icu that the light is white in hallway by the patient room and cant call a nurse from the room, display on wall says 'lost audio comm' call customer support for help.cant if you cant get a hold of anyone. any help on this issue would greatly be appreciated very much. thanks,

Have you tried a station reset from the Central station? If that doesn't work you may need to reset the room board. Not sure on that process but I know you have to reenter the room IP address when you do it.
