The manual says something about a front end processor problem

The following diagnostic test can be utilized to determine if a Time Delay (TD) board is associated with error condition 'Transmit Overload' on a GE LOGIQ 9 ultrasound system:
1. DISCONNECT ALL PROBES from the machine to prevent high voltage damage during the test.
2. Enter service mode using account ‘External Service’.
3. Navigate to ‘Diagnostics’ --> ‘Acquisition Diagnostics’ --> ‘High Voltage Fault Diag’
4. Verify all probes are disconnected from the machine and all shielding panels are installed before continuing.
5. Read and follow all manufacturer procedure instructions in the right side column before starting the test.
6. Test results will be displayed in the right side column. If a TD board is defective, a message similar to ‘Failed: TD Board [slot number],…..’ will be displayed.
7. If a TD board is at fault, the problem can be re-verified by doing the following:
i. Shutdown the acquisition computer
ii. Remove power from the system
iii. Using electrostatic discharge prevention tools, remove and mark the suspect TD board with permanent ink to prevent mixing it up with other boards. Swap the TD board with another slot position that contains the same type of TD board (ie. 'TIME DELAY 4, 2260194-2C').
iv. Reinstall the metal shielding plate over the card cage for safety during testing.
v. Power up the system and repeat steps 1 through 5 above.
vi. If reseating the board connector, by moving it, did not resolve the issue, the displayed test results will indicate the same TD board failed in the slot position it had been moved to.
