Anyone have problems with these tables blowing fuses or power boards?

i am having a problem with one that keeps blowing f4 fuse on the main circuit board. It blows the fuse with nothing connected except J11, which is the power cable.

Having similiar issue with F3 fuse. Comes back to the board. Midmark has been forthcoming with replacement boards.
